Rudraprayag
Rudraprayag is a small town located in Uttarakhand state and Rudraprayag district. It is the meeting point of the rivers Alkananda and Mandakini. Kedarnath, one of the most popular pilgrimage sites among Hindus, is located 90 km from Rudraprayag.
Rudraprayag was named after Lord Shiva. His one of the other names name is Rudra. The whole area is surrounded by infinite beauty and there are many lakes, glaciers, rivers and hot springs. Many visitors visit this place every year to see the holy place and take a bath in hot spring to freshen their mind and body.
